SHIPPING POLICY

We ship with UPS as they typically offer the best prices for our products.  We will charge the actual amount of shipping that we pay, unless other arrangements are made.  You are always welcome to pick up your items at our candle shop as well, just arrange a day and time and we'll get you set up.  

RETURN POLICY

Each of our products is absolutely guaranteed.  It serves no one if you purchase our products and you're unhappy with them.  Just contact me at 402-617-1940 to make arrangements, and I'll refund or replace your item once it is returned.  The customer will pay for return shipping.
